The
construction is very stright forward. It requires
no jigs, strongbacks or framing. There are only 7
basic steps to complete your boat:
1.) 4
millimeter plywood shapes (given in plan) are
joined to create the special
"butterfly" layout
2.) ends are
folded into position with soft ties, and the
seams are "stitched"
3.) sides are
joined at the center
4.)breasthooks
and inwales are installed.
5.) fillet and
tape seams with epoxy
6.) gunwales,
spreaders and keel are installed
7.) finishing:
epoxy coat and use a paint system of our choice
